This page is draft operational language prepared for the Focused Funds Group investor intake. It is pending attorney and compliance review and must be approved before public production launch. It is not legal advice and makes no claim of regulatory sufficiency.

This intake collects information and documents so Focused Funds Group can review a business-purpose investor financing request secured by investment real estate. Using the intake does not create a lending relationship, and nothing here is an offer of credit.

By typing your full legal name and submitting the intake, you agree that your typed name is your electronic signature on the statements you accept at submission, and that records, notices, and documents about your request may be provided electronically. You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery or request paper copies by emailing dmitchell@focusedfundsgroup.com. To use electronic records you need an email account and a current browser or PDF reader.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit, and for having the right to share them. When you accept the authorization statement, you allow Focused Funds Group to verify what you submitted and, where applicable and permitted, to obtain credit or background information in connection with your request.

Uploaded documents are transmitted over an encrypted connection and kept in private storage. They may be shared with prospective lenders, capital partners, and service providers who help operate this intake — for example hosting, secure file storage, and email delivery — as needed to evaluate or process your request.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed by unauthorized parties. Please do not send sensitive documents through unsecured channels such as ordinary email or text message.

Do not submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized information or documents; do not upload malicious files; and do not attempt to access another person's request, probe or disrupt the intake, or use it for any unlawful purpose or for personal, family, or household credit. We may decline, suspend, or remove any request that appears to violate these terms.

Submitting this intake, receiving estimates, being matched with a prospective lender, or communicating with Focused Funds Group is not an approval, a rate lock, an offer of credit, or a commitment to lend. Any credit or loan terms are binding only in a signed loan agreement issued by a lender, and any request may be declined. These Terms of Use are binding, but they are not themselves a loan agreement or a commitment to lend. Figures shown while you complete the intake are unverified preliminary estimates.

Information and documents are kept as long as needed to evaluate and service your request and to meet business, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us with your confirmation number, if you have one.
