This notice is draft operational language pending attorney and compliance review, and must be approved before public production launch. It is not legal advice and makes no claim of regulatory sufficiency.

This notice explains, in plain language, what information Focused Funds Group ("FFG", "we") collects when you use this investor financing intake, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can contact us about your information. It describes our operational practices; it is not a legal opinion or a claim of certification.

• Contact and identity details you enter: name, business entity, phone, and email.
• Deal information: loan type, property address, purchase and rehab figures, requested loan amount and terms, exit strategy, project notes, rent and lease details.
• Background details you choose to provide such as credit score range and investing experience.
• Documents you upload (for example identification, authorizations, entity documents, proof of funds, contracts, insurance, budgets, plans, or rent rolls) and their file metadata.
• Request records: draft progress, submission timestamp, confirmation number, and the acknowledgments you accepted with their versions and timestamp.

This intake does not ask you to enter your IP address, precise geolocation, or device fingerprint information. However, hosting, security, and service providers may automatically process IP addresses, browser and device information, and request metadata as necessary to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot this service.

We share your information with prospective lenders and capital partners we believe may be able to evaluate or fund your request, and with service providers who help us operate this intake — for example hosting, secure file storage, and email delivery — under their terms and only as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are accessible only through your own session or to authorized FFG reviewers. Access to submitted applications is restricted to an internal allowlist. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed by unauthorized parties. Please avoid sending sensitive documents through unsecured channels such as ordinary email.

We keep intake information and uploaded documents for as long as needed to evaluate and service your request and for as long as our business, recordkeeping, and legal requirements apply. Drafts you delete are removed from our active systems; backups and records we are required to retain may persist for a period afterward.

You can ask us what information we hold about your request, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dmitchell@focusedfundsgroup.com with your confirmation number, if you have one. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to keep certain records to meet business or legal requirements.
